Arabic Language Course
The Arabic language serves as the primary tool for reading, memorizing, and comprehending the noble Qur’an, as well as Islamic sciences and studies. Hence, it is imperative for every Muslim to strive to attain proficiency in Arabic to the extent that it aids in matters of faith and facilitates reading, research, and learning. We have meticulously designed curricula for the Arabic language, structured into three progressive stages. Additionally, you will delve into Arabic Grammar, which encompasses the rules governing the composition of clauses, phrases, and words in the Arabic language. Profound understanding and mastery of Arabic grammar are essential, especially in the context of Quranic recitation with Tajweed. Furthermore, proficiency in Arabic grammar facilitates the acquisition of other languages spoken in the region, such as Farsi or Persian, Turkish, Urdu, and even Hebrew.
Firstly, we commence by instructing the student in the fundamentals of the Arabic language, including letter forms, their names and sounds, essential diacritics for accurate pronunciation, word and sentence structure, as well as distinctions between similar letters in sound or form. The primary objective at this level is to equip the student with the ability to read Arabic text correctly.
Secondly, we focus on expanding the student’s Arabic vocabulary, providing them with a robust repertoire of words to comprehend written and spoken Arabic texts effectively. This stage also enables students to grasp the meanings of Quranic and Islamic terminology and facilitates conversations in Arabic with proficient speakers.
Finally, we delve into the rules of Arabic grammar, ensuring students can construct sentences correctly in terms of pronunciation, structure, and expression. This stage, led by specialized professors, is the most precise and challenging of the three. However, drawing upon our teachers’ wealth of experience in this field, we ensure a smooth, simplified, and engaging learning experience for students, allowing them to grasp, comprehend, and apply the principles effectively.
